Both times, I went to a different mechanic only to find out that those things were not broke on my car. I spent a $1,000 previously to fix brake boosters when I got it back, I still had the same problem, but two other mechanics said it was the anti-lock brake system fuse instead, which it was. Also, when the grumpy old man is at the desk, he is rude and disrespectful. He rolls his eyes when you explain what is wrong with your car. I have spent a LOT of money here and I am very upset that they have been lying to me and taking advantage of me. I do not recommend them. 0 stars in my book.

We received a warm welcome when we entered. The store had everything that you could need from a gas station - snacks, sodas, etc. There was a full wall of slushy machines so you could get any flavor. There was also a large selection of soda and coffees. There was also a large cooler that had pre-made meals, sandwiches, and snacks. I chose the apples and peanut butter cup. It was fresh, delicious, and a healthy on-the-go snack. I recommend a visit for all your on-the-go needs.

I finally called and they told me they still had not gotten to my car and I quote "dropped the ball" apologized and told me they still would not be able to get to my car for a while because they had been busy. They lied to me about having my car done in a certain time frame.... then told me to go have it worked on someplace else because they are very busy. WTF kind of service is that? I pay for insurance on my car for a month of not driving it and my vehicle just sits in their lot. These guys are a joke do not ever buy a vehicle or have your vehicle serviced or looked at by these people. A day later they told me it was unrepairable and I'd need a new one…read more I took the tire to Big E's for a second opinion and they had it repaired and out the door in under 15 minutes. Six months later I've never had a problem with the tire. Situations like this makes me wonder what's going on at FT&C.... Did they just not want to mess with my small project? Were they trying to upsell me? Very disappointing...
