We tried to fix it by replacing valves and other parts and was not able to isolate the problem. We called Kona Pride, Jeremy returned our call and he tried to fit us into his very busy schedule. He came out and tried to fix our sprinkler/controller/wiring issues. He diagnosed and identified where our problems could be. He made some recommendations for us to try and did not charge us for the time he spent figuring out our sprinkler problems. We replaced one of the components in the controller unit as recommended, reconnected all the wires, and everything worked like a charm. Thanks to Jeremy for his recommendation.
