Use caution as they say they have or can get or do and then back out. Sad to relay this message but true experience. Realize it is hard to find staff which makes committing to a schedule difficult, but dragging a customer on was not a good approach. I'm a positive reviewer type, want to help out local businesses over WalMart. Hard to write this but feel others should go in aware in the hope they have a better experience. The nursery has limited hours, not necessarily the hours posted. Went by several times when they were supposed to be open but were closed.

Installed an incompatible A/C solenoid on a D/C timer system (we have video footage). Result: The…read moretimer tries to trigger the system to turn on the water... And it doesn't work. Why would a supposedly expert installer put in a nonfunctioning component that renders the system dysfunctional? A D/C timer needs a D/C solenoid and once we installed it everything worked fine. The lawn they installed was full of nut grass we had to chemically eradicate. They explicitly refuse to provide any kind of warranty on their work of any kind after they leave the installation. When I noticed that irrigation was not happening from their system I tried to contact them and they just told me to try to modify the settings on my own, and refused to come out to inspect their own work and see what was wrong. I had to hire another company to come and look at the irrigation setup before I found out it was due to the wrong solenoid defeating the functionality of the entire system.

However, I am very disappointed that after paying him in excess of $50,000 he has left us hanging weeks at a time and the job we have paid him for has been unfinished for MONTHS (with plants sitting in pots that were supposed to be in the ground and missing TREES that we prepaid for).
