Purchased a car wash here today, the premium for an under car flush included. This was probably the worst car wash i have ever had from a gas station in the 58 years i have been driving. I went in to complain and the person behind the counter said he could do nothing but the owner would be in later. I left my name and number, no call back. Any responsible business owner would like to try and make his customers happy, not this one. I will be sure to tell everyone i know what an awful place to do business. Clean gas station. Lots of BP's that I have been to are not, but this one actually was. They have new pumps on the Diesel side. This is important to me because we have a diesel car and don't like the usual sloppy diesel pumps because there is diesel all over the ground and handle. read more

I stopped to get gas and a car wash. The car wash was open. I waited for the dryers to start they did not. So I went in they said that they knew about it NOT working and where told by manager Ron Chapman to NOT close it down! read more

Fuel prices appear to follow other high-priced stations nearby. Fuel here is typically a dime or greater more expensive per gallon than what motorists may find in other communities nearby. Whatever happened to competition? read more

The gal at the entrance of the car was was very helpful and pleasant. No issues. When paying & going through the gate, before entering the car wash, I received an important phone call. I pulled over & temporarily parked behind two other parked cars. There were no other cars behind me. Suddenly, there is POUNDING on my windows, not knocking, and this dude with bad teeth is YELLING at me "this isn't a parking lot! Move it, I don't have all day!" Tried to explain I was taking an important call & would only be a minute. This was met with more yelling & cussing. Intimidation. Uncalled for and inappropriate behavior. I don't expect the most educated people to be working at a car wash, but this future felon needs an attitude adjustment and some feedback on customer service and courtesy if you want people to come back - especially with the new car wash being built less than 5 minutes away.
