This car wash has been nothing but trouble to me. I came here when it was new and it ripped the top rack off of my Explorer. I never did get compensated however they offered some free food. First time back. Bathroom is REALLY clean. Sadly I waited over 10 minutes to use it after long trip. Three other customers come and go however after long trip, I need to go. Finally catch eye of thorough cleaner who indicated "it is going to be a while". Seriously, I need this guy to clean my house (I'll set aside a week). I see sign on door that offers special price for Elite car wash, $6.99. I buy car wash and find out it is full price. I hit "help" and learn about fine print - must purchase inside. To their credit someone came out (who wasn't happy and saw as I was clearly unhappier) and told me I could get credit inside. The credit was quickly done.

I went in to complain and the person behind the counter said he could do nothing but the owner would be in later. I left my name and number, no call back. Any responsible business owner would like to try and make his customers happy, not this one. I will be sure to tell everyone i know what an awful place to do business. B) driers have Ben proven to spread fecal bacteria far and wide. C) diapered adults, those with IBD such as Crohn's May even need adult changing tables. The floor is inappropriate. D) asking a clerk for paper towels should not require dirty looks, questioning why I needed them or how many I need. After my embarrassing first contact, I explained further to a second clerk who was mildly interested in my explanation. I did state that I wasn't asking for clandestine or illicit purposes, like rolling papers. That I actually carry a card that says I have an immediate medical need for facilities. A little TMI for some reading, but what if this were you or a family member?

They sell lots of expired items and when you point out, if something is expired, they don't even remove it from the shelves, they don't care!!!! The gal at the entrance of the car was was very helpful and pleasant. No issues. When paying & going through the gate, before entering the car wash, I received an important phone call. I pulled over & temporarily parked behind two other parked cars. There were no other cars behind me. Suddenly, there is POUNDING on my windows, not knocking, and this dude with bad teeth is YELLING at me "this isn't a parking lot! Move it, I don't have all day!" Tried to explain I was taking an important call & would only be a minute. This was met with more yelling & cussing. Intimidation. Uncalled for and inappropriate behavior. I don't expect the most educated people to be working at a car wash, but this future felon needs an attitude adjustment and some feedback on customer service and courtesy if you want people to come back - especially with the new car wash being built less than 5 minutes away.
