This location sucks. I get the Mashed Potato and Chicken bowl and it's halfway filled compared to all the other Kwik Trips where it's completely full. Also the cashier who rang me up (some dumb teenager who looked faded) asked if I needed a bag, and I simply replied "That would help" and he replied, "Thanks have a nice day"...? Always welcoming and friendly, rush to get enough help at counter when the line suddenly grows. Great products, including hot food. Now coffee brewed on demand at your push but they use to change it out every 2 hrs. What varieties. It's like a coffee deli! read more

Three stars for how it turned out. Beware of specials, especially car wash. Read all signs. One has fine print. Others pretty clearly marked. This car wash has been nothing but trouble to me. I came here when it was new and it ripped the top rack off of my Explorer. I never did get compensated however they offered some free food. First time back. Bathroom is REALLY clean. Sadly I waited over 10 minutes to use it after long trip. Three other customers come and go however after long trip, I need to go. Finally catch eye of thorough cleaner who indicated "it is going to be a while". Seriously, I need this guy to clean my house (I'll set aside a week). I see sign on door that offers special price for Elite car wash, $6.99. I buy car wash and find out it is full price. I hit "help" and learn about fine print - must purchase inside. To their credit someone came out (who wasn't happy and saw as I was clearly unhappier) and told me I could get credit inside. The credit was quickly done. read more

Subzero temps coming, so car wash is busy. Sat here for 45 minutes, while attendant fixed wash twice. Had to pull out of line, along with 2 others. Ridiculous to wait an hour for wash...could've at least offered all of us a refund or a coffee. read more

Used their car wash on 8/13 and had to complain because the passenger side of my car wasn't dried at all and had water spots all over it. The wonderful woman inside gave me two free car washes to make up for it. So yesterday 8/17 I used there car wash once again hoping the dryer was fixed and it was, went later at night and now that I see my car this morning both back passenger doors have a giant scratch on them, the scratch is on the same spot on both doors. I'm pissed! Would never recommend there car wash to anyone. Definitely not using the second free wash they gave me! Such bullshit. Thanks for ruining my new car I just bought in February this year! read more
