The staff can be cantankerous, but they have the monopoly. Today, there were three of us in line and when the first guy left the clerk said "the sun is out and it brought all the crazys out." I was hoping that I wasn't included in that group but then she snapped at me, "hey, why are you taking pictures?" I did not think she was in the mood to hear I was Yelping. Anyway, they carry a limited selection of snacks, beverages and dry goods in the little convenience store. Also you can get ice, change your propane tank, get lottery tickets, and pick your Marlboros. They've got it all.

When I parked, there were quite a few vehicles parked in the lot but not so many people in the store. There didn't seem to be parking in front of the store but people were doing that anyway. Since it's a newer building there is plenty of room to get around people, although they all seem to be crowded at some point in time. I only stopped to get a soda (no, sorry, I don't say pop!) and everything worked well, but their lids never seem to stay on the 32 ounce cups, for whatever reason. The cashiers were friendly and helpful. As I was exiting the building, someone decided to park almost where I was standing--watch out!

This used to be the nastiest gas station on the planet, now, it is one of the cleanest and home to some of the nicest people I have ever met. Their selection of gummy bears are tough to beat, and the Arizona Arnold Palmer section is always stocked to the brim. Avoid other Franklin gas stations if possible to come to this gem. It's not that the others are bad, its just this one is in a league all its own.

The store itself could be a lot cleaner in general especially when there are 2 or more employees just standing around. Definitely wouldn't recommend eating their "freshly made food". Was going to get wings one day and admittedly they smelled awesome, but the sticker on the box said they expired around 12pm -- this was around 4pm. Expired for 4 hours and still on the self for sale! The guy who works third shift there is completely clueless. Stood at the counter for what seemed like an eternity for him to have an issue with taking a large bill ( I was getting gas and a pizza to go amoung other things) with my change only totalling up to around 22 dollars. Got my fresh pizza finally and it wasn't cooked all the way, cheese melted crust cold as can be. I've been in this store on pretty much every shift and it isn't a store I will ever return to at this point. The NASHVILLE AND TAYLORSVILLE stores are always clean, the employees are clean (unlike this store), and the food is always cooked thoroughly and fresh!!!!!

She will see customers walking up to the store and still proceed to lock the door sweep the parking lot while she smokes. She will also go to the back for twenty minutes at a time and then proceed to argue with the customers and say they're lying when they express their agitation for having to wait that long. The store manager does nothing about her behavior because "she's the only one who will work the night shift." The day workers and weekend night shift are pleasant.
