He used fresh ingredients and they were perfectly balanced (not too sweet with the correct ratio of alcohol). All of my guests kept coming up to me to compliment the drinks (and many of my friends are snobby about their cocktails). He also made sure my husband and I had the drinks we wanted ready. Most importantly of all he was very classy and professional. He handled the wave of my friends all asking for drinks at once like a pro. At the end of the night before he left he mixed a container of drinks for the few guests still standing and organized all the bottles, cardboard, and leftover liquor so it was very easy to deal with the next day.
