What I really like about Green Scene is their videos along with the detailed photo report. They also use thermal imaging. Long ago, I had an inspector briefly point out things and provided written report afterwards. I was definitely okay shelling out more money for a piece of mind. Derek did nitpick a bit but, with this kind of investment, nitpicking is very welcomed! He even gave me his business card, inspection/notes paper and pen in case I thought of anything once home and brain had time to digest everything. :-) Highly recommend Green Scene!

The encounter left us feeling unsafe and deeply uncomfortable. We have since filed a formal complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission (TREC) regarding this incident. It is our personal recommendation to stay very far from this company. Homeowners deserve respect, professionalism, and basic privacy when inviting someone into their home.

We are working quickly to close on a home in Coppell and reached out to Angel based on his excellent reviews. He truly lived up to the hype. He was able to inspect the house within 24 hours of our request and spent a thorough 3 to 4 hours going over every detail, even climbing up on the roof. There is an upcharge to include a pool inspection, but we added it because it is always better to be safe than sorry. Angel noticed things we never would have even thought to look for. After the inspection, he took the time to personally walk us through the report, answering all of our questions, and then sent a detailed copy with photos just a few hours later. He was at the house for five hours and found many things that we simply did not know about and never would have found out with his inspection. Communication was good throughout, and he explained in detail what he does and does not do. He arrived early to the appointment and went through all the major systems as well as the roof. The report we received was 34 pages long and came with an appendix of videos that were extremely helpful. We were able to show the videos to the builders so he could fix deficiencies. I would definitely recommend this company for home inspections. You get what you pay for. You can find cheaper inspections, but it is unlikely that they will be as thorough. We were definitely pleased and feel as if he saved us from considerable headache and expensive repairs after we bought the house.
