Called the Dallas Apartment Locators after working with two other locators without much help. Found them on Instagram and was linked up with Cory Jenkins. He was the most patient and receptive locator we had come across. He gave us hope when the future of finding an apartment in Dallas seemed dire. He was in contact with us throughout the long haul day of us finding an apartment before our flight took off the following day. I should have known, as yelp never disappoints with honest reviews. For some reason we initially decided on Radpad, seemed promising at first but eventually failed through as their priorities were not aligned with ours and their assistance dwindled down to being ghosted. The other locator (Uptown Dallas Apartment) was more concerned with her commission than helping us find a suitable apartment. The agents at Dallas Apartment Locators are a true gem and though they are also commissioned, you actually feel your money is worthwhile in which your needs are being met with the utmost respect of your time. His reply was no links, photos, simply a list of names. He never offered to schedule tours for me or anything like that so my roommate began working with another realtor. I was contacted by Michael Garcia after filling out the form on their website. We were in contact 3 months before the end of my current lease and had to wait a month until 60 days from when I planned to move. We were in contact for an entire month and talked about what I was looking for. When the time came closer to start touring apartments, he messaged me about when I would be available. There was a week that I was going to be busy and out of town but when I got back, we could start touring. When talking about creating a list I talked about how I wanted to tour a lot and wanted to look at my options. He said that his clients typically only look at their top three to tour and apply within 48 hours after. It was kind of crazy that he would expect me to tour only three apartments in Dallas and to make a decision in just two days. After saying that I would probably like to tour more than just three apartments, he said that we wouldn't be a good match and broke up with me. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and delusional. Like wtf do you mean I can only tour 3 apartments in all of Dallas and have to apply within 48 hours? read more

We came from NY looking for an apartment for our college grad in the Frisco area. We happened upon Dallas Apartment Locators by searching Yelp for apartments. I don't normally write reviews, but I felt that the experience that I had with Dallas Apartment Locators warrants one; particularly with one of their agents, Sayde. I had inquired about one of the apartments they were showcasing on their IG page and I got a pretty quick response (next day). After asking me what my budget was, they told me that Sayde would reach out to me to assist. The next day I got a friendly text from Sayde letting me know who she was. I had to table our conversation because the TX snow storm happened. Sayde checked in on me the following week and I had to put my search on pause. I was impressed by her professionalism and remembering to reach out to me that I thought when I resumed my search, I'd reach out to her. When I was able to continue my search, Sayde went ABOVE AND BEYOND. She produced several properties for me to take a look at. I liked how they created a profile for me and I was able to sign on and view the different sites. Her search was spot on. Unfortunately, because I didn't act quick enough, the units that I was interested in got leased. Without hesitation, Sayde continued to look for more units on those properties that would match what I was looking for. When I finally settled on a few that I liked, she booked my appointments and then texted me the times and addresses of the properties and linked me to a map for easy directions.
