I was contacted by Michael Garcia after filling out the form on their website. We were in contact 3 months before the end of my current lease and had to wait a month until 60 days from when I planned to move. We were in contact for an entire month and talked about what I was looking for. When the time came closer to start touring apartments, he messaged me about when I would be available. There was a week that I was going to be busy and out of town but when I got back, we could start touring. When talking about creating a list I talked about how I wanted to tour a lot and wanted to look at my options. He said that his clients typically only look at their top three to tour and apply within 48 hours after. It was kind of crazy that he would expect me to tour only three apartments in Dallas and to make a decision in just two days. After saying that I would probably like to tour more than just three apartments, he said that we wouldn't be a good match and broke up with me. I found this to be extremely unprofessional and delusional. Like wtf do you mean I can only tour 3 apartments in all of Dallas and have to apply within 48 hours? read more

Called the Dallas Apartment Locators after working with two other locators without much help. Found them on Instagram and was linked up with Cory Jenkins. He was the most patient and receptive locator we had come across. He gave us hope when the future of finding an apartment in Dallas seemed dire. He was in contact with us throughout the long haul day of us finding an apartment before our flight took off the following day. I should have known, as yelp never disappoints with honest reviews. For some reason we initially decided on Radpad, seemed promising at first but eventually failed through as their priorities were not aligned with ours and their assistance dwindled down to being ghosted. The other locator (Uptown Dallas Apartment) was more concerned with her commission than helping us find a suitable apartment. The agents at Dallas Apartment Locators are a true gem and though they are also commissioned, you actually feel your money is worthwhile in which your needs are being met with the utmost respect of your time. Extremely disappointed in Andrew Mancuso's work. I sent Andrew all of my information along with the locations I wanted, price range, and other things I was looking for. His reply was no links, photos, simply a list of names. He never offered to schedule tours for me or anything like that so my roommate began working with another realtor. This realtor was prompt to schedule tours, send us a complete list, etc. When Andrew followed up with me (6 days later) I apologized and told him that we began working with someone else. From there he rudely told me that I had "wasted his time" and blocked my phone number. Andrew, I am very disappointed in your work ethic and your unprofessionalism. She was patient, kind and realistic. I'm a worry wart and I made outreach 90 days prior to my desired move in date and instead of sending me an overwhelming list of properties that probably wouldn't be available by the time I came down to visit, as promised, she sent me a smaller, manageable list of properties around 60 days to fit my criteria. We came from NY looking for an apartment for our college grad in the Frisco area. We happened upon Dallas Apartment Locators by searching Yelp for apartments. Andrew was incredibly responsive from the moment I called. As the time approached, he sent us a list of apts. which hit all the marks. After two days of visiting apartments, things began to blur and we were exhausted. Andrew knew we were starting to get a bit drained and swooped in, redirected us and led us to an apartment complex we thought was too pricey. He called the complex himself, did the math related to the "free month" and explained such promotion would put us in our price range, in the nicest apartment we had seen during our 48 hour search.
