Told not to call. Received text prescription was ready 7:52 pm. Left immediately and was there in minutes and Pharmacy was closed. I'll have another sick night and have to work tomorrow. I let them know i've arrived and they bring it to my car, which makes things so much easier for me! This particular visit, I ordered Benadryl which meant I had to use the drive-thru to show my ID. Isabella was at the drive thru and she had me sit a minute with zero eye contact, not even so much as an acknowledgment, (a simple "We'll be with you in a sec" would do) once she looked up, she asked for my name, she said she couldn't hear me because of the truck's engine beside me, and she became extremely rude, once I told her I was there for a pick up, she slammed the phone (used for talking to me through the window) down, hard.... and then walked away. She came back and put the order through the drop box, I went to put my ID inside and she rudely stated "I don't need your id" while rolling her eyes. I politely smiled and drove away, getting her name first. I usually speak my mind when encountering people that nasty, especially representing places that I shop in often. I just decided to make a review instead so hopefully she will get some much needed training on customer service. Everybody has bad days, but our encounter was very short and did not need to be as intolerable as it was. Anyway, love this location- it's close to my house and they're usually very friendly and helpful, hopefully this bad apple won't ruin the whole bunch:)

It's about four to five min ride back home, done with air conditioning running. I get home and immediately place in the perfectly functioning freezer. 15 min later, I go to have one. Through the wrapper, by touch, I know there's something unique going on. I opened it, put it under light, and see it's a pile of goop with a two - inch icicle inside. All four items were utterly ruined. I placed them back in the freezer and thought I'd type this review to maybe help someone out and to alert CVS here (though I'm not sure anyone still works there; I saw no one the last three times I've been there, btw) that this might be indicative of a problem there. I know I wasted 20-min, there, back and shopping and doing my own checkout, of course. Another five-min used in fooling with ruined item and SEARCHING FOR A "USED BY DATE (though that doesn't excuse squashed, softened condition either way)"- THERE WAS NONE. There was a space for it but no date included. I had no idea who to take it back to for a refund. Meanwhile, I had some games I was trying to get back to and didn't want to burn another half-hour Saturday evening going up and back again and maybe finding someone in-store to help me (while soggy ice cream packages melted completely).
