I keep going back because I'm a SAHM and when I get the opportunity to get a pedicure, I take it (ifkyk) For starters, I got my eye brows waxed and tinted. I asked for brown and wanted to just clean up my brows. Instead I received very thin brows and a tint so dark and black that I walked out looking like Mr Magoo. Then, as I was getting my pedicure, the gentlemen was in a rush (they had a long day and it was late, I get it) but he ripped the skin on my big toe so bad that it was painful to even touch. I kept asking him to stop touching it, stop messing with it, just stop. He wouldn't listen until finally I said I was happy to finish with the pedicure part but did not want my toes painted at this time -I had originally asked for a gel pedicure with their NuSkin option($65) that included hot stones and I originally asked for a paraffin was as well. Because of the pain I did not want any heat or wax on the open wound so I cancelled that as well. When I went to pay, I was charged for all of the things I originally asked for (gel pedicure, paraffin, and hot stones) despite not being able to receive them because of the gentlemen's mistake. Again, accidents happen but the fact that I was charged for these services and basically forced to come back or lose out on my money is absolutely ridiculous and has completely stolen my trust in this business. I usually don't leave reviews but when I woke up this morning and saw my brows again and still have pain strong pain in my toe, I decided I would let the public know. If you cancel a service because of their mistakes, be prepared to be charged for them anyways. No one should leave a salon in almost tears.

My mother brought me back a bunch of products a few weeks ago after visiting. The products have changed 100% for the better. The creams are holding their own against some of high end, expensive creams that I usually use. The bar soap is easily better than (and has now completely replaced) any other soap or body wash that I've ever used. I've been using the soap, sugar scrub, hand gel and body cream exclusively for a few weeks and my skin has never felt better. I'm even seeing a drastic improvement with the keratosis pilaris I have on my forearms. Nothing has helped with that in the past, even prescription products. My fingernails also look and feel better since I replaced my usual hand soap with the gel. I don't even need to put lotion on my hands after using the hand gel because it doesn't dry them out. Thank goodness she has an online store and ships her products.
