It's about four to five min ride back home, done with air conditioning running. I get home and immediately place in the perfectly functioning freezer. 15 min later, I go to have one. Through the wrapper, by touch, I know there's something unique going on. I opened it, put it under light, and see it's a pile of goop with a two - inch icicle inside. All four items were utterly ruined. I placed them back in the freezer and thought I'd type this review to maybe help someone out and to alert CVS here (though I'm not sure anyone still works there; I saw no one the last three times I've been there, btw) that this might be indicative of a problem there. I know I wasted 20-min, there, back and shopping and doing my own checkout, of course. Another five-min used in fooling with ruined item and SEARCHING FOR A "USED BY DATE (though that doesn't excuse squashed, softened condition either way)"- THERE WAS NONE. There was a space for it but no date included. I had no idea who to take it back to for a refund. Meanwhile, I had some games I was trying to get back to and didn't want to burn another half-hour Saturday evening going up and back again and maybe finding someone in-store to help me (while soggy ice cream packages melted completely). Disappointing, guys...wherever you are.

I went to Walgreens to return two packages for two different locations. The employee at the…read morecounter, scanned my packages and handed me what I thought were receipts. As I begun to walk away, she asked me to put the labels on the packages.. I informed her that I thought it was my receipts, and I was unaware of which label went on each packages. She basically told me that I handed them to you one at a time so you will need to figure it out yourself or call FedEx yourself because I don't work for FedEx. Her attitude was extremely nasty. I walked out the store with my packages to try and figure it out, a FedEx employee was entering the store. He attempted to assist as best he could. But both packages were going to CA and we couldn't distinguish. I went to my car and I texted in one of the return addresses from the label and I managed to figure it out . I returned to the counter and handed her my packages. I asked her for a receipt and she told me I would get an email from FedEx.. I looked at my phone and I thought I received one email. I asked her if I should get a separate receipts. Again, she stated I don't know. I don't work for FedEx. I received one email stating that my package would be returned to Nordstrom's but I did not receive an email stating that my other package was being returned. She definitely was no representation of FedExThe employees that I have come across in the independent FedEx office, their services were impeccable. This person at Walgreens was uncaring unconcern and downright nasty.

I waited a while, pressed the button for help. She immediately came over said "I'm right here, I'll be a minute" and continued chatting with the vendor. She turned the button off. I'm still standing here waiting and so is the fed ex employee waiting to take the packages. In my opinion, if she has time to come over and turn the button off, she has time to scan in a package for drop off. She finally walked over to the counter and before checking in my package or acknowledging me cleaned the papers off the counter and put away some pens.

For the past two months, they've repeatedly claimed they haven't received my prescription, even though one of my medications sent to a different pharmacy arrived just fine. They offer no help to resolve the issue and show little concern about whether or not you receive your medication. I was screamed at over the phone, hung up on, and ultimately told they would no longer fill any prescriptions for me--just because I complained about the way I was treated. Even the pharmacist raised their voice at me rather than offering a solution. This is unacceptable behavior, especially when dealing with people's health. I cannot recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs reliable, respectful service.

Demanded a paper receipt but I had the digital receipt and shown bar code. It literally says to "show exit pass to associate at exit." I got sent back to get the receipt and the self checkout associate said he couldn't get it because it's overridden by another customer. Then I had to go to customer service for them to look up my credit card and print out a paper copy...the first staff member even had the audacity to tell me I should get that fixed and just print out a paper receipt. Well with this digital receipt I can always have it for returns and don't have to have piles of paper in a drawer. So no. Thanks Walmart.
