Ed said over the phone if I showed up, they'd help us do everything. Appointment wasn't officially scheduled until 2:28 for that 12 appointment which makes 0 sense unless you're a time traveler. They put a new tire on and disposed of the old one for $107. I had to do everything else out front on my own, in the snow/sleet. They helped get the lug nuts to torque spec for free at least, when I pulled around. But, I feel I should've been deducted the labor charge after all of that and only paid for the tire itself. I get that you're busy, but it seems painfully obvious that you're prioritizing higher paying clients and not an emergency who needs to drive another 180 miles to get home. Thanks, but no thanks.

My door handle is hard plastic not metal that pin in there is still sturdy as can be I have opened that door several times no issues . Won't ever be back especially when you won't take responsibility over a $25 part and I'm going to assume the guy working on it pulled himself up with the handle and broke it because once again I've pulled pretty hard on everyone of those handles and not to mention each one of those door handles were replaced last year .!

I bought…read moretires from them and noticed the tread was wearing out faster than expected so i went to them and asked them to warranty them. They said they did not write the mileage on the receipt so could not warranty them. I explained that it is not my fault and they said they just started to put mileage on receipts last year. I said this is not right, how many warranties have ya dishonored because of this suspicious practice. All they would say is we can't help you.

We called so many places and perfect timing was the only place that said they could get us in right away. They used their personal car to drive us to a car rental. I can honestly say I have never met a nicer group of people. They did an amazing amazing job on his car and helped us save so much money. Truly an amazing place with amazing people.

Tuesday comes, I wait until around 3ish and call since I hadn't received any calls as promised. They are in! Well look at that!!! I secured a ride home and brought my car there so they could work on it at their leisure and I would pick it up when it's done. When I got there, he said what's your last name? I spelled it and he said it will be done tomorrow. I asked if I could get a call because I didn't get the call they were in. He said we'll call twice. OK . Next morning I get a call they are ready so I paid with the guy on the phone, hoping i could get 2 people to get my car so I didn't have to drive up town again. No luck. I run in as it's getting closer to 5 and I said I'm here for my key! The guy by the door didn't look at me and said, receipt and key are in the car and you're paid. Bye. I left and I didn't hear the notification I usually get when I open the door and it will alert me a key was left in. I shrugged it off thinking that they must have turned off a notification. I drove home and went through my car and my keys were there. I was pretty upset. I thought I was done with this company. I called at 7:30 this morning and asked if my key was there. I was told they were in my car and I couldn't find them. The guy said, oh they are here hanging on a hook! Well Looky that!!! I asked a friend to get them so I didn't have to drive all the way up town again. I will never use this company services ever again. I also will post on any social platform how crappy customer service they have. I paid 1k for my tires and I was told misinformation, treated like I was stupid and bothersome. I support small businesses 100% Not this one. I should have went to a corporation who could have ordered my tires, got them within a few days and would have been friendly.
