At that visit, the investigator gave me an evaluation of the problem and the work to be completed. He also was able to give me an approximate time it would take him to complete the work. He was very communicative and thorough. Additionally, he gave me an estimate of the amount of down payment and total cost if the job, which was good to know. There cost was comparable to others, but also competitive. They were flexible in scheduling.    During the appointment, I'm pleased to say that this company took careful and considerate of my home and family.  The job was completed on time. They provided me complete explanation of their work and with photos. They were careful to report what had been done, and show their work.
