We contacted Eric at Pro Septic because we desperately needed someone to do a septic inspection for a house we were in escrow on. We were running out of time in our inspection period due to a delay because of weather, and trying to determine what we needed exactly. Eric was able to fit us in within a day and as a bonus was able to get the necessary equipment to the spot needed due to it being smaller then other companies (the septic tank happened to be in a fenced area with a small gate so this was critical to us). Before even securing the job from us, Eric took a fair amount of time explaining why the inspection is different for an older house/tank then for newer houses. Eric came out the next day and pumped the septic tank. Tooh care of the digging and lid removal without a bunch of extra charges like the other guys.
