If he actually rehearsed he wouldn't have been stuttering and saying uhms and uhs, appearing unprofessional. Not to mention conversation with attorneys is difficult because they will drone and talk slow to waste time which is charging YOU. He couldn't answer any questions the judge threw at him. And if he had actually reviewed the documents we provided him, then he wouldn't have been more than prepared and been able to answer questions and help defend us. If you need an attorney for child support and custody, go with Kaplan. They outperformed our attorney when we needed him and got results for the baby mama. Attorneys really do just care about lining their pockets as much as they can.
