We were in need of transferring family property into my name, which was handled by Mr. Robert Wong. Mr. Wong thoroughly explained the process, made sure I provided all documentation needed for a proper transfer and completed the transfer with the help of his assistant Bethany, notary. Each appointment I had with Mr. Wong was handled very professionally. Our other need was for a will and living trust to be created for both of us. Mr. Michael Yee oversaw the entire process, interviewing us in person and giving us extended time to explain our needs and to collect the information needed for a proper will and living trust for us. We reached out to the Yee Law group a couple years ago regarding elder issues such as a real estate transfer, power of attorney, and will. Though he was not able to assist us directly, Mike Yee directed us towards another attorney that worked out well. As such, I reached out again to him when we had rental issues with tenants such as an eviction and a husband/wife divorce where the wife wanted to be removed from the lease prior to the husband moving out.
