We were in need of transferring family property into my name, which was handled by Mr. Robert Wong. We reached out to the Yee Law group a couple years ago regarding elder issues such as a real estate transfer, power of attorney, and will. Though he was not able to assist us directly, Mike Yee directed us towards another attorney that worked out well. As such, I reached out again to him when we had rental issues with tenants such as an eviction and a husband/wife divorce where the wife wanted to be removed from the lease prior to the husband moving out. He took the time to assure me that my situation was not as difficult as others had told me it was going to be.
