We've had some amazing breakfasts with mini frittatas, sausage stuffed mushrooms, fruit and coffee cake. Everything is clearly freshly made and delicious. The cost is similar to what we were paying for bagels and spreads and this is so much better! We've also had him cater some receptions/socials with assorted small bites, and everything has been amazing! The carrot soufflé filled phyllo cups at our most recent event were absolutely delicious. Set up has always been on time, and Chef Jeff handles everything including clean up at the end. He has been very flexible in working with us to stay within our budget and to meet the needs of our events. He is extremely easy to work with and clearly has a lot of enthusiasm for food and wants customers to enjoy it. In looking over his website he also does home delivery of prepared meals at a very reasonable price. Cold dishes are ready to serve and hot dishes come with cooking/heating instructions. Definitely check out his website if you are planning even a fairly small event!

I called Jeff, and he prepared several dinners for my friends who had just come home from a long hospital stay. Jeff delivered the meals the next day from our telephone call -- despite being very, very busy with other much larger catering jobs. My friends report that the food is absolutely delicious. Jeff took time away from his busy schedule to work in a small job for a very special need. Thank you again, Chef Jeff!!

I am so glad we did! Wedding food is often so-so, but our guests gave the Savory Mexican buffet (taco & nacho bar) great reviews! We chose ground beef, chipotle chicken, and grilled BBQ shrimp, along with vegan seasoned black beans. It also included queso, cilantro-lime rice, fajita vegetables, cilantro-lime sour cream, guacamole, flour tortillas, and taco chips, along with other sauces and salsas. This menu was perfect for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, too. We had quite a few leftovers, which we froze for easy summer meals (no leftover shrimp!!). The setup and serving team were great and kept the buffet well stocked. After booking Nameless Catering for the wedding, we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner (also at Lizton Lodge) and chose their Signature Pasta menu. Again, this was the perfect choice. Though the per-person price seemed a bit high at first (though quite competitive), the quality and quantity of the food and the paper products made the cost worth it. I'd highly recommend Nameless Catering for your next wedding or other event.

Luckily people are so hungry at mealtime during a reception Your pastas had the texture of canned pasta that was overcooked in the microwave. Weeks later I still cringe at the thought of your pasta. Sad. Your salad ingredients were chopped so large that you could barely fit them in your mouth . (If knives were provided, it would have helped.) Your pesto dressing was nice and the baked goods got good reviews from those who ate them. Your sauces have some hope but you need to learn a little more on catering large events and what works vs smaller events. Good luck.

Super disappointed to leave a one star review but my experience with Graze Craze has been horrible…read more I received a gift card for my birthday and I went in person this week to place an order. When I walked in, I heard someone say from that back that they'd be with me in a little while. It wasn't long before a young man came out to speak with me. It was about 90 minutes before closing and he immediately told me I should not expect service right before closing. I apologized, said I thought they closed at 6pm, he said they did, then said he'd go to the back to see if they'd be willing to talk to me. Someone was in the back washing dishes, but never came to the front. The same employee came back out, sighed, and said he'd take my order. I told him I had never been in, I just heard about it from the gift card, and was curious what I could order and what was included with the menu items (inside, it's just a counter and a table off to the side with trays/boxes with names, but not prices or a list of what comes in them). He told me I should read the TV, which looked to be off at the time. He turned it back on while huffing and puffing, then said "LOOK!" at the menu, which was just names of the boxes with prices, not sizes or again what's included/what I can choose from. I remained calm, despite feeling uncomfortable, and again asked if I could see a list of what's included or what I can choose from, and if I can pick something up same day or order for a future pickup (I was honestly hoping for a grab & go cooler like other similar places but no problem, I can order something for another time). I still have no idea what items are available, as the employee was just getting more and more mad at me with each question, which he refused to answer. I told him I was feeling uncomfortable, which he just said, "okay!" so I said I didn't feel like I was wanted there as a customer, and I left. I've tried calling the store to rectify the situation and maybe speak with a different employee or member of management. Either the phone just rings and rings or the same employee I spoke with in-person answers. I really wanted to use my gift card but I'd rather throw it away than go through that experience again. I'm very discouraged at this point, but glad I can get great products and service at The Bountiful Board instead.

The program provides space for 4 first time Black business owners. The restaurant is not well marked, but is located in the back corner of the Market. Being that it is located in City Market, there is a lot of metered parking within a reasonable walking distance and there are a few commercial garages available as well. They are not open everyday, or at least they were closed on Monday when I went to visit. The woman working there was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant has a compact menu. You will find it on the chalkboard on the counter. I went with the catfish platter. It took about 15 to 20 minutes for them to prepare my food, but it was made fresh. You can sit in the Market's indoor dining area that is located on the upper (and now lower) levels or at one of the tables in the outdoor courtyard. It was a nice day, so I decided to eat outside. The catfish and fries were decent. I cant give them the title of best that I have had, but it was good. It came with some hot sauce. If I have one suggestion, it would be to up their hot sauce game. I got two packets of a watery generic hot sauce. I would have like a more name brand sauce. It would have set the catfish off a bit more. I love supporting local and I will be back to check out some of their other savory dishes soon.
