After much research, we chose Nameless Catering for our daughter's wedding on May 7th. They are on Lizton Lodge's recommended vendor list, and I had heard good things from friends. I am so glad we did! Wedding food is often so-so, but our guests gave the Savory Mexican buffet (taco & nacho bar) great reviews! We chose ground beef, chipotle chicken, and grilled BBQ shrimp, along with vegan seasoned black beans. It also included queso, cilantro-lime rice, fajita vegetables, cilantro-lime sour cream, guacamole, flour tortillas, and taco chips, along with other sauces and salsas. This menu was perfect for our vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests, too. We had quite a few leftovers, which we froze for easy summer meals (no leftover shrimp!!). The setup and serving team were great and kept the buffet well stocked. After booking Nameless Catering for the wedding, we decided to use them for the rehearsal dinner (also at Lizton Lodge) and chose their Signature Pasta menu. Again, this was the perfect choice. Though the per-person price seemed a bit high at first (though quite competitive), the quality and quantity of the food and the paper products made the cost worth it. Yikes. I went to a wedding where you guys catered. Shame on you for serving such poorly prepped and executed food. Luckily people are so hungry at mealtime during a reception Your pastas had the texture of canned pasta that was overcooked in the microwave. Weeks later I still cringe at the thought of your pasta. Sad. Your salad ingredients were chopped so large that you could barely fit them in your mouth . (If knives were provided, it would have helped.) Your pesto dressing was nice and the baked goods got good reviews from those who ate them. Your sauces have some hope but you need to learn a little more on catering large events and what works vs smaller events. Good luck. read more

Everything was very good start to finish.Our guests (business executives) enjoyed the Lite and Fresh menu offerings. We hired Nameless to cater the Dotted Line Divas gala over the weekend and were super impressed. Their team arrived on time, was very friendly and professional, and served up amazing food. We had one person (who emcees a lot of gala events) tell us that our event had the best food he's ever eaten at this type of event. We had Nameless cater our picnic. While we received mostly good comments we were told the brats were dry and tasteless. The pulled pork and chicken were good, however, there was no BBQ sauce to be seen. If we would have known it was not included we would have brought some. However, the feta cheese watermelon salad was a hit. We were disappointed they forgot the dessert. When we asked the person there he stated it was not on the order. Reviewing our invoice ... it was on the order. While they did bring in the dessert to our company that week, it was very disappointing they did not bring it the day of the picnic and didn't even offer some kind of credit for our inconvenience. We will probably give them another chance because their food wasn't terrible but it wasn't something to write home to mom about. read more

I looked at many companies before deciding on this one for my wedding. I was assured there wouldn't be any strawberry dressing at my wedding since my father is highly allergic. There was. I was the one who emptied the container myself. If he would've been by someone eating the dressing with fresh strawberries, he'd have problems breathing. He carries an epipen 24/7 for this reason. I got ahold of them afterward and never heard back. That was my main concern. If you are in a food business you have to be able to deliver when you state these kind of things in a written agreement. I haven't had a chance to enjoy Nameless Catering's food yet, but I wanted to give them a shoutout. A few days before Thanksgiving, I saw a video on Facebook--it was Jeremy saying that his company was offering a free Thanksgiving meal to anyone who needed one. He followed up later with a post saying he realized not everyone had a car or the ability to pick up the meal, so he asked for volunteers and gave out his personal cell number. I was lucky enough to get to spend part of my Thanksgiving delivering a couple of meals for people in the downtown Indy area. I think with all of the craziness going on in the world right now, we need to continue to take care of our fellow humans. Nameless Catering saw that need and stepped up. Nameless Catering provided the meal and set up for my mother's mercy meal at the church. I selected the BBQ meal. The brisket was the best I'd ever tasted - an opinion shared by many of the guests. I had organized a two-day business meeting for a group of 20 and selected Nameless Catering for lunch on our second day. We had a burger bar and a build-your-own salad bar which satisfied everyone in the group, and we certainly had some picky eaters. They arrived 20 minutes before I indicated we would like to eat to set up the spread, which was helpful and professional of them. The burger bar came with disposable warmers and chafing dishes, which worked perfectly and were easy to dispose of.
