Then I had the pleasure & honor of meeting the GYNO; double board certified, known as Dr. Jothi 2 days later when I needed clarification. She had the most unusual combination of radical kindness & wisdom that seemed to permeate the space. Front desk: Mirella was polite, efficient & helpful w/ a modest sense of humor. Kelly the $ person was also efficient, direct communicator, & most helpful. They have a spa filled with ALL kinds of beauty enhancers/procedures & I'll check them out next time I'm inside. They took me back before my actual apptmt time (8:40) and I was out of there within 20-30 min. No joke. But Dr Alvarez still spent time covering everything and he was so professional and friendly. I had never had a guy Gynecologist before but made me feel extremely comfortable. Alll of my prescriptions and orders were efficiently filled. Highly recommend!

The first time I waited 30 minutes to see the NP. The second time I waited 40 minutes to see the NP. The third time I waited an hour to see the doctor and still did not see the doctor and I walked out and they literally didn't care! All the receptionists, techs and doctors have a rude nonchalant attitude! it's an awful practice!!!! please do not go there.... Not to mention the office is WAY outdated and dirty!!

I…read morewas already overcharged for ultrasounds and was only 14 weeks pregnant so I didn't feel comfortable pre-paying. Plus, what was I pre-paying for during the birth exactly? Was it an epidural? Surgery? When I spoke with the doctor, she said they charge clients in advance because she didn't know if I would return to her office after giving birth. Seems like new clients are paying for the mistakes of past patients who never paid. It has been the only office that I have experienced this and would encourage anyone who's looking for an OB for maternity to look into billing, and preferably find one who bills AFTER you give birth, not before. The first call I made to a new OB said they always bill after and that's something that I'm comfortable with.
