I would not use this company again and would caution others to be prepared for high shipping costs and poor customer service.

Then there is the $3.00 lot fee for items as well. They make out like a bandit. I had a lot of chinse cloisonne items that were worth a lot more and majority of them sold for only $10.00. They take half of whatever the final price is for items that are sold. What a ripe off. My grandparents and my mom would be so disappointed in me. I felt like I was taken for a ride and then left on the side of the road to fend for myself. Communication is crap! My items were sold on 05.28.26; I had to keep coming back to ask them about getting my money. I kept getting the run around, like, "an item was not sold, or we haven't received the payment yet." After going back every month, I finally got my money on 09.06.26. 3 Months later. They were very rude and unpleasant to deal with. When, I looked at the check I was so pissed off, I wanted to give them the check back. But I kept it and thought, people really need to know that this auction house, takes forever to pay, cheats you out of your own money. The itemized list that they give you breaks it done as to what each price went for in the auction. Hell, if I was a collector and a cheapskate, I would come here to get my collection, then turn around and sale whatever I could for a larger profit. That is how I feel about this auction house. My parent's house was VERY full of everything collected over the lifetime of having a family. A husband who loved audio/video equipment and enjoyed having every tool and power equipment. A wife with hobbies and a hesitancy to throw anything away. The home was wall to wall with furniture and household items. An estate sale seemed overwhelming and we knew we needed to find an estate sale company. After interviewing 5 different types of estate sale companies which included online auctions, in-person auctions, consignment sale companies, buy-outright companies, and traditional estate sale companies...we carefully decided to hire EstateSalesAZ. We were impressed with their straight-forward flat fee pricing with no hidden costs. Other companies wanted to nickel and dime for every small item...not this company! Everything was included in their flat fee...credit card transaction fees, handling donations, garbage removal, clean-out and clean-up at the end. The owner, Joe Cestaro, is efficient and high energy. He went through the whole house to sort, organize and stage. He came with all the tables, he set up quickly and it all looked amazing when ready. He was smart about prices and researched those that he didn't know. He was personable and you could tell that the customers at the sale really liked him. He ran the sale on-time each day. He advertised all over the internet and it all lead to a great turn-out. He sold items that we never thought in a million years would sell...and for prices we never believed he would get...but he did! The sale was a huge success, almost everything sold and we made more money than we ever expected. At the end of the sale, everything was out of the house...just as promised. Walking in...I couldn't believe it was vacuumed, mopped, super clean and even smelled lemon-fresh! The only negative I could comment would be that Joe had a few equipment glitches with his computer and printer but he worked around the issues and was able to fix them quickly. I also think he could have used a little more help on the first day of the sale...his advertising and signs worked almost too good...people were everywhere! But, I'd say that was a high-quality problem to have as I was happy and relieved to see the big turnout. I am a happy customer and will be telling everyone I know about my experience...one of the reasons I'm leaving this review for others to see.

Then head outside. The first set of auctions is the job lots outside where box lots go under the hammer for pennies on the dollar. Usually about 11am depending on volume you will next proceed to the collectibles in the west building. Here you are presented with rows of tables, wall items and cases of items going up for bid. Lastly you can find the most amazing furniture in the main building. They really find the most incredible items of unusual design from all over the SW. The Brunk family handle the auction like a well oiled machine.... with some fun laughs in between. It doesn't cost anything if you dont bid, but you will so reserve a number just in case. Food and drink are sold outside. Get ready for an all day Sunday experience.
