He listened and addressed my concerns. Leading up to the date of surgery, the office called me several times to confirm and go over all instructions. I was very nervous the day of surgery and the staff and doctor put me at ease. I had IV sedation which made the procedure very comfortable. I left the office with clear and conscience instructions. The follow up instructions are very detailed telling me what to do throughout the day. Dr Gulati called me the evening of my surgery and staff called the following day. I would highly recommend this office and doctor.

Dr. Gulati knew exactly what to do, and removed the gland with no nerve issues or ill effects after. I received nitrous for my procedure. Today I came back for another issue. Dr. Gulati did a wonderful job of explaining the causation and treatment path, and his expertise was clearly evident. He took the time to make sure I understood what was happening and how he would correct it. So glad I found and use this office!! We tried for hours to reach the office but couldn't get through due to phone system issues. When we finally connected, Dr. Cohen questioned why my son hadn't come in earlier and said he could see him Monday. He suggested a local oral surgeon near my son's school, but that office was closed. We had to rely on urgent care and hospital staff for help. My son ended up in the hospital for 5 days. During that time, no one from the office checked on him, and when I spoke with Dr. Cohen, he mentioned phone problems and being busy moving over the weekend. He also said we should have gone to a hospital where he had privileges, which we were never told about. While complications can happen after surgery, the lack of responsiveness, professionalism, and compassion from this office was unacceptable. I cannot recommend this practice.

Going to the dentist is just unpleasant in general, but dental health is important and Dr. Jacobson is excellent. The office has an open, warm, comfortable vibe the minute you walk into the waiting room. The staff knows that people don't enjoy going to the dentist and yet they are always friendly and quick with a smile. Dr. Jacobson does excellent work. The office has the latest and greatest equipment. Both the staff and Dr. Jacobson listen and treat patients with respect and compassion. His recommendations for an orthodontist, oral surgeon, and root canal specialist have been excellent as well.

This is not the place to go for any kind of treatment. My consultation yesterday was the most…read morestressful and uncomfortable experience I have ever had! I was scheduled to meet Carolina cucco at noon. The office called me and asked if I could come in earlier. I complied only to wait in the waiting area for at least 15 minutes. The egos in this office are palpable! Upon going to have a cbct x-ray taken the office technician proceeded to argue with me about my gag reflex. And insisted that she knew more about me than I did. Upon taking my blood pressure it had skyrocketed! Wonder why? My meeting with Carolina was worse. The condescending manner in which I was addressed further exacerbated my stress! She recommended that my tooth be extracted. She was not willing to examine any other options! Even with that being the case, she was not going to be the person that would pull the tooth but she sat there just insisting that I listen and obey her edict! I will seek another endodontist that is more experienced and knowledgeable! Someone that will try to alleviate my concerns and show empathy and compassion.
