I went to this studio for high school senior photos for my son and I made a bad choice…read more If you are rich and have an unlimited amount of money to spend and do not need to know up front how much your photos will cost - this studio is for you. The photographer will not allow you to be in the studio when your child is photographed. This will result in your receiving proofs of pictures you don't want. The photographer does NOT know how to photograph a competitive swimmer. Actually, I found all of the photography I saw on the walls of other athletes to be of substandard quality too. But you will NOT find one photo of a swimmer with his/her medals around their necks because the photographer doesn't know how to do that. The photographer will not tell you their prices in advance. You will not be given a price sheet. You will not be given any pricing information whatsoever. You better have computer access or a Facebook account because that is what they use for everything! As an added bonus, when you return to view your proofs it will cost you hundreds of dollars to take those proofs home just to look at them with your family. The starting senior package is over $400 and it does not include enough photos for a family. It's such a rip off. I only bought wallets and one 8x10 and it cost me $130. And I did not get the athletic photo we needed of my son with his medals on his chest, so we had to go somewhere else to get that photo taken. I wrote them a letter expressing my disappointment, but never heard from anyone. They don't care. They just smile at everything, all the time, (Remember the movie :The Stepford Wives? - that's what the employees are like!) they don't ask if you're happy with your photos, they just assume you are. It's ridiculous! Do not go here to get your senior photos taken. You will be terribly disappointed. I wish I had never wasted my time there, or my money.

He was able to get the photo edited within the next 24 hours and even helped when I reached out to get it readjusted after discovering that I asked for the wrong size.
