I picked it up less than 24 hrs of being notified it was there. Unfortunately, my husband's health took a critical turn in the past week and he will likely now be bed bound. I contacted the store and informed them of this unexpected turn. I was aware of athe 25% re-stocking fee and was prepared to bite the bullet. Unfortunately, I was told that the 10 day window started when I paid for it despite that window being eaten up waiting for delivery. So too bad so sad- they have my money and I have a wheelchair that no one will ever use. Bet they are looking forward to their next 150 years of taking care of customers. The store has large selection medical supplies ( cushions, compression stockings). They also have bandages, vitamins, and other over the counter medicine. This store is average sized; however it has small section for everything. It's organized and clean. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The store also carries its own generic brand and brand name. The store opens 7 days per week. Monday to Friday: 9 am to 8pm Saturday & Sunday: 9 am to 4 pm. I definitely recommend if someone is looking for medical supplies.

Once we met a employee here welcoming my girlfriend and I to check out the free stickers, we used to go all the time.. then the next time we went a guy busted out the door and called out my girl by her name saying she's on camera and she can't go lookin for free stuff. We told him we know already, and we're disgusted to hear they have notes like 'write ups' on their customers. We get checked in and the dude holds my ID at the register. He raises his arm with my ID in the air... I say dude I got another ID in perfect condition just use this one. Dude takes both my id... holding them both from me without my consent, OK This guy is not law enforcement. He cannot detain my iDs without my consent. And he calls over his manager. The same manager who gave us a pre roll before.. I say ' hey he's now got 2 forms of my identification and he's bugging you now.. can I please just buy something now .?" And the manager says ooh sure! And as I'm handing over my cash the manager whispers to our cashier " talk to me in the office once your done here" So then 4 days later I go to send my girlfriend in for a new purchase and they tell her that she's BANNED. And I'm BANNED to. when the employee had BOTH my ID in HIS raised arm and the manager is Busting out the door a second time towards us, apparently his first thoughts was to bann us both because he "felt I raised my voice" in this situation.. When I literally said " can I please just buy something now?" Pretty much right off the bat. My girlfriend, realizing that she's now banned for no reason, calls aura light and they put the manager on the phone. she says, "what did I do?" And he emails her an attachment with vague descriptions saying Harassment, harassment.. (no real explanation) from random days were we looked or were reminded to not look... for Free stickers. All we ever did was get yelled at for looking for Free stickers, that advertise Their brands. We were totally into Aura light.. but watch them, they don't treat you like a guest. They may apologize to your face and distract you with a preroll gift but their notes and their ability to Bann you 4 days later still remains. Try Market 96, friends.

The shop is less of a vitamin shop and more of a healthy living spot. The selection appears to extend well beyond supplements. I went here to refill on my daily supplement. The employee directed me towards the particular spot in the store, where only one brand was available. She appeared knowledgeable about the brand and manufacturing process. However, when I inquired further about the manufacturing standards and verifications, she was unable to answer. I only purchase supplements that have been verified for nutritional content, absorption, and safe manufacturing practices. There are two major laboratories that conduct independent testing. I inquired about both of these labs by name to the employee, but she was unaware of any verification labs that existed or that the supplements underwent testing. I am well aware that the FDA has little to no regulatory power over supplements, but independent testing is available for any brand to confirm that their product is genuine. Bottom line, the supplement line carried by Family Health has not been independently tested. I would not recommend purchasing from them. On the other hand, Family Health offers a wide array of health services and seminars for the new age medicine enthusiast. If you are into herbal remedies and non-traditional medicine, Family Health is right for you. If you just need some vitamins or supplements, find someplace else.
