this mall used to be great but, it has never gotten enough buisness. it used to have stores like american eagle, pacsun, the children's place, jcpenney and more but nobody ever really came. i would come all of the time if they would bring back those stores. i have also heard that the rent is really high. I feel like if they would do more promotion and lower the prices, many people would come. its really sad because the mall is beautiful and very clean. read more

Coming from the large City of Houston, TX has been a process to adjust to different stores, cultures and people. I have come to enjoy TN and the slower pace. I am usually an online shopper or I will travel to Atlanta to go shopping (Nostrum Macy's. One thing I do enjoy is a good mall walk in the summer time. Outside is to hot and me and the Gerries (Senior Fabulous Community) get to interact. The day I went there were about only 4 but it was great motivation. Sorry I get distracted back to the mall. I was very easy to manuver and very clean. You could tell that many stores closed down and it was an off season. I window shopped at Belk which is like Macy's and it was very nice. Overall they have your basic mall staples (Bath and Body Works, American Eagle, and JC Penny). It is very tiny but enough for the small community of Cleveland. read more

It is a small to medium size mall. I shop here about once a month and usually spend a few hours here in the mall. They have a Dunhams, JC Penney, KMart and a Mexican restaurant just to name a few. I have never had a problem here getting taken care of. read more

This is probably the most depressing mall you could ever go in...it's so bad they tore the end off of it to build an outside strip mall...I guess it was too hard to get stores people wanted to go to in the mall...the good news you don't have to think too long about food options in the mall...there's only one, an overpriced Mexican restaurant...if it wasn't for a couple of jewelry stores and a movie theatre they could just bulldoze the whole thing and build another strip mall for good stores that they couldn't get in the mall read more

Since the addition of the Carmike theatre to Bradley Square, it's become a more populated place and not quite the ghost town it's been the past several years. New stores are beginning to pop up and the old ones that lasted the transition appear to still be going strong. There's quite a few basic clothing stores (i.e. Aeropostale, Maurice's, American Eagle, DEB), a small food court (Luigi's Pizza, OK Maguey Mexican Grill, Santa Fe Cattle Company) several sporting goods stores including a large Dunham's, JCPenney, Sears, and Belk. It's not comparable to Hamilton Place, but if you're in need of visiting any stores that can be accessed via Bradley Square instead, it's worth avoiding the high traffic and crowds. The K-Mart within it is a useful alternative to several other local large chains, as it's usually deserted and therefore you can get in and out with ease. I would never consider it a place to spend hours browsing in, as you'll run out of places to go in an hour or two, but it's convenient to the Cleveland area and I hope it continues to expand with the increased business. read more

A small mall in north Cleveland. Major chain in JC Penny and Sears. They do have a K Mart, although it has been years since I have walk into it, don't ever remember buying anything at KMart. Several other good small stores like Hibbets, Amerian Eagle, etc. Beats driving to hamiliton place. read more

This is a small mall Barely any stores but not nearly as big as Hamilton Place Mall. The only thing good about this mall is that it great for mall walking if your into that and there is a movie theater there which is nice. read more

Really needs a food court otherwise a nice clean mall. I can appreciate being able to shop without having to fight my way through a crowd.

They're always getting new stores and loosing other ones‍. For example, Justice is new but Aeropostale left and Rue 21 is in the leaving process :( read more

For the customers, I'm sure it's an ok experience, for the tenants-not so much. Constant roof problems that they claim to fix. Constant air problems that they claim to fix. Security follows your every move to make sure you don't break any rule as a tenant but when you actually need them for something-they are never there. Mall manager-terrible (bad attitude). It's almost as if we AREN'T paying rent here (but we are). I have worked for several malls in my retail career and have always had a very good working relationship with the managers. read more
