He gave me a very reason price to remove both trees. He scheduled removal for the next day. Michael showed up on time, and quickly cut down both trees. He cut the fallen branch and gave us a quote to return to cut the rest of the tree later. Later became almost a month and he increased the price. We settled again on a reasonable price although higher we just wanted to get it removed since the insurance company agreed to pay the increased price. After receiving the insurance money and contacting Joshua to get the job completed, he told us that he wanted half the money up front to buy a part for the job. When we told him we would not feel comfortable paying any money up front primarily because we didn't feel comfortable since it was taking so long for him to respond and to get the job done. At that time he told us that he would call us back and we have not heard from him since. Now we have already been paid by the insurance and having to find someone else to do the job within that allotted amount. If you have a small job maybe take a chance but for anything else I would not deal with this company again! And I I'm so glad that we did not pay him any money up front!
