All of my plants died within 5 days, and when I talked to the manager, I was basically told that once you pay, they're yours. Those plants are goners that look okay used to get people's money! If you don't know much about plants, don't waste your money here. You'll end up with no plants anyway. Save yourself the time, the effort, and the money. I bought plants from Nursery Barn around the same time, and they're still healthy and blooming. I'd rather drive a few extra miles than buy from this place again.

The job they did to try to fix their mistake was poor at best and we are going to have to spend more money to try to fix their poor workmanship. I am glad some people had a better experience with this company that we did but after spending $30,000 with them, we still don't have the job they promised. My advice is do not use this company but if you do, get a contract in writing so you will have a recourse if your job turns out like ours did.
