I chose to…read moreundergo the procedure using general anesthesia and, for me, it was definitely the right decision. I have an health issue that causes potentially serious side effects from anesthesia if it is not administered precisely, and Brett, the dedicated anesthesiologist, rose to the occasion. I had absolutely no nausea or dizziness after the procedure. I'm now home resting, it's late in the evening, I've already received a personal phone call from Dr. Scott, and I have zero pain so far. I'm armed with an arsenal of prescribed medications if I should need them. But seriously, this has been one of the best surgical experiences I've ever had. Doctor Scott took time to discuss my procedure thoroughly during the initial consultation and again before he put me under to perform the procedure. He also answered questions after the procedure before I left the office. He stopped and personally engaged with me to ensure that I was comfortable every step of the way. I would highly recommend him and will not hesitate to use him in the future if the need arises.

There excuse is they or the insurance missed it and they want more $24,750 was not enough like the $285 would bankrupt them!!!! First, they or the lab broke the temp bridge and I had to sit in the office for 4 hrs. and wait for them to fix there mess up (when they knew I lived 1 hr. and 10 mins. away and could not go home and come back) Second, the front desk personal are trying to push you through as fast as they can which is uncalled for.!! So I would NOT RECOMMEND THEM at all, overpriced and greedy

I used to hate going to the dentist and I have none of the anxiety that I faced before. I love all their hygienists as well. Mary is the front desk guru and she is so amazing. My…read more86-year-old mom, who suffers from dementia and severe memory loss, had not been to a dentist in more than 5 years, but instead had only seen a mobile dental hygienist for the past 2 years, who saw her once a month in her skilled nursing facility. During COVID, my mom could not receive any dental care, and I was worried that her teeth had started to fail. She needed to see a dentist to have an honest evaluation of whether or not some of her teeth could be saved and whether or not she needed some major procedures to improve her oral health. Dr Ence met with my mom and me and Dr Ence was kind and gentle and made my mom feel comfortable and at ease, so that he could take a careful look at her teeth. He used the (1 week-old) xrays taken by my mom's hygienist, instead of needing to take xrays there in the office. Dr Ence's hygienist took detailed notes as to which of mom's teeth needed extra attention, which teeth would probably eventually need a procedure, and gave some excellent suggestions about what the CNAs in my mom's skilled nursing facility could do to improve my mom's oral health. (Dr Ence also complimented the good care that the mobile hygienist had taken care of mom's teeth). Dr. Ence's office staff and hygienist team were also warm and welcoming and made my mom feel comfortable and less nervous, which happens when someone who suffers from dementia is taken out of their familiar environment. Thanks to Dr. Ence, my mom and I now have a lot of good information and better understanding of the condition of my mom's teeth. Thank you, Dr. Ence, for your great communication, gentle treatment of my mom, and great knowledge of teeth and bone and gum health. If I could give Ence Dental a letter grade, I'd give them an A++ !

To my dismay, I discovered my tire changing tools were missing, and tried looking up a roadside service on my cellphone. The sunlight washed out my screen, rendering it useless, so I went into their office and asked to use their landline. The young lady, who was the receptionist, asked me who I wanted to call. I told her my problem, so she looked up a service, called and gave them directions. Within the hour, Bracken's Auto Tech & Tires had me back on the road. (I gave them a good Yelp as well.) My heartfelt thanks to her as, at 88, with a bad back, I can't walk too far, especially i 100+ weather. She was a lifesaver and I wanted those she worked for to know they have a gem.

He took an incredible amount of time to make sure that she had the best options available.. discussed at length the benefits and downsides of each option.. Office staff, Maretta, was incredible with myself and my mom. The communication was great between myself and the office. She let us know when the best time to arrive would be. The office itself is beautiful, well appointed, efficient and CLEAN! Very easy to maneuver in and out with the wheelchair. The chairside assistants were both very compassionate, efficient, and concerned with the comfort of my mom throughout the procedure. We will be seeing him again in the future. I cannot recommend this office enough.
