I use to…read morehave both auto and home insurance thru them but decided to switch my auto to another company due to a high increase in my premium when my husband purchased a newer vehicle. I realized soon after that I was much happier with Allstate than the auto insurance co I switched to and attempted to leave several voice messages and emails with Nora. She never returned my calls or emails. I recently had damage to my house and attempted to again reach out to Nora for guidance, since I still have home owners ins with her. Again, she never responded. When I was finally able to reach her, I express my concern of not receiving a response. She very defensively and rudely stated that she has never received calls or emails from me and then stated "We can argue about this for the next 5 hours but what can I do for you now"!!!!!!! I then stated that I did not feel she was open for discussion at this time. She then proceeded to hang up on me!!!!!! What kind of unstable, unprofessional agent is she. Although, I am going to keep Allstate as my homeowners insurance, I have started the process of switching agents and have also filed a complaint with Allstate about the treatment I received from her.
