I was informed by my rental company of this fact and shone pictures. When asking for a refund I was told that it was outside of their window for refund and essentially denied. It was my mistake to chose a company without an established history and I will not make that mistake again. Shay, the cleaner, was prompt and provided an excellent service. The house is indeed very clean and I appreciate the hard work! The regular cleaning service was $250 + an additional $250 for the deep clean + 20% tip (of course) = $600. Highly recommend. Great value for the price!
