I which I could give 0 star. Rude customer service and bad service!…read more It's definitely a lot more expensive compared to other cleaning services that I used in the area. For comparison, the first service they charged me $270, for other companies that I used before the cost was between $180-$220. The quality I got is very similar to what other companies provided. I gave a star for the flexibility as they were able to come within a day or two that I called. None of the ladies who came speaks English so the communications took time and also I think there might be miscommunications due to language barrier. I was explained the initial phone call of the services provided and I decided to do a regular cleaning instead of deep cleaning because I didn't need most of the services offered in the deep cleaning. They said for regular cleaning the they will dust off surface of furniture, an example I can share is that I have a cat tree in the master bedroom, they only dusted off the bottom of the tree and left the top undusted. I ended up paying $270 for the first time clean, and then I was not satisfied with some dirty spots that are pretty obviously seen on the wall, so I had to agree to pay $135 for them to come back and fix the wall, even though they said in their service agreement that the fix should be free if the customer is not satisfied with the clean. However, upon arrival, they changed the price from $135 to $180 on the spot because they say it will take at least one hour to clean the wall. At the end of the day, I paid $450 IN TOTAL for this clean. It was not even a deep clean. They didn't even clean the fridge or oven, which was fine because I didn't ask for a deep clean. The deep clean would cost a lot cheaper than $450. The deep clean had a discount of 30%, they could at least offer me a discount, but they didn't. I am disappointed that I paid $450 for a regular clean + a fix. I WILL NOT be a returning customer. They are a lot other cleaning services in the area with better price and service. I would definitely NOT recommend using Olivia's services.

Absolutely terrible. I moved out of my apartment and paid for a move-out cleaning service,…read moreproviding them with a detailed checklist of my landlord's requirements. They explicitly guaranteed that everything on that checklist would be taken care of. Since I couldn't be there on the move-out date, I asked the cleaning team to send me photos to ensure everything was clean. However, my landlord later sent me pictures of a disgustingly dirty and greasy oven and microwave, among other things, and deducted $700 from my security deposit. Now, my landlord is a complete a-hole and only notified me of these deductions long after the move-out date. If I had been there, I could have communicated directly with the cleaning team. Yet, this doesn't excuse the cleaning team's behavior. They intentionally hid the photos of the filthy oven and microwave from me and did a horrendous job overall, leading to a significant loss of my security deposit. The owner also suggested that my landlord is lying; but I had one of my friends go and took a complete video walkthrough of the apartment and everything the landlord said is true. Sure, my landlord, being a complete jerk, is being extremely picky and under normal circumstances I wouldn't blame the cleaning team for those minor details. However, it's the lack of honesty that I'm beyond frustrated with, and their lack of professionalism guarantees I won't be coming back.
