I wanted to take a minute and share my experience with Brady and his team at Guaranteed Rate. I, like millions of other Americans wanted to take advantage of the historically low interest rates and refinance my existing mortgage. I had heard of Brady over the years from friends who had worked with him - all of which were positive reviews. I decided to give Brady a call to ask his opinion on my situation and whether refinancing was a good fit for me. With Brady's help, the answer was yes - a no brainer. I started the process right away, and momentum was gained. Things moved along nicely for the first couple weeks, and then communication tapered a bit. Our realtor recommended him. After spending weeks sending in documents and discussing what was needed To qualify. He still managed to call my wife a man. I'm not sure if they are homophobic or just that disconnected from their consumers. Not only are they lacking personal touch, they have no "guaranteed rate." Right from the start when I asked for a pre-approval letter I could tell Brady knew the mortgage business thoroughly and worked with numbers fast and effortlessly! He was able to get out a pre-approval letter faster than any of the 3 people I had contacted. I needed it quickly because I was ready to jump on a condo that had just come on the market. Then, thanks to Brady and his team this loan process was almost stress free! I had a time crunch - 30 days to close because it was a short sale. 3 other lenders said they needed 45 days (one said maybe 60). My realtor said Brady is known for getting loans closed fast and that the seller's realtor was happy to hear I would work with him because she was confident in him as well. With those words of faith in him I was able to relax and trust that everything would go well. I loved how Brady kept me informed often about how the process was going. I didn't have to wonder and worry. He replied to my emails quickly. It was obvious he is an early riser - up early working on things and getting things done. I also loved the team effort from others in his company - Axia Mortgage. It was nice to know that other experts are involved as well - doing their specialty in the process. But Brady was always the main contact person and was always in frequent contact. (Once things got rolling his fabulous helper Matt was also in frequent contact).
