He and one other member of his crew were at my house shortly after lunch and in roughly an hour had cleaned up the fallen bit, cut the rest down to a stump, and had everything piled so they could come back this week to throw it in their chipper. Stephen and his crew have been nothing short or professional, personable, and prompt. His pricing was also very fair compared to my expectations after doing some digging online.
