Used M & H Lawn Maintenance for an extensive backyard makeover and was thrilled with the results. They were punctual, went over and above with performance and expectation and were fast. The owner and crew do not speak english, but they use a wonderful, helpful woman in Mexico to translate, make the schedule and coordinate all that needs to be done. She reminds you of the appointment and texts or calls you back right away. She was on the phone when the owner came to give us a quote. She translated all that we wanted done. I like the price and the pictures of their work, but communication is an issue. He came on time for our appointment. He called the interpreter to communicate for us. After he'd left, I was ready to hire but had other questions. I didn't have the interpreter's number, so I had to ask questions online and wait for a response. After a few back and forths and then no response to my last question, I became concerned that if neither of us can speak each other's language, and the interpreter isn't on site, how would I be able to give instructions or answer questions in the moment?
