Grey was so personable and excited to be doing this perm as I was her first person she has ever done. Erica checked back many times and showed Grey some tips and checked her work with constant positive input. It is pretty hard to mess up a facial so I don't worry. Every student has been sweet and done their best. Some are better than others. You have to expect that. I have gone to other schools for haircuts and they are usually good but a cut is more risky at a school. The students are learning and if you go to a school you can't expect an experienced person to do the work. The teachers are usually technically trained but if they are working in a school they most likely weren't successful behind a chair. Color is another situation. It is touch and go in most cases. I'm not sure I would trust a school with color.
