The first time I went it was a little better so I gave it a few more tries and about 10 appointments in, I can walk normal. I can do a little kickboxing, even. I'm still probably only about 60 to 70% of my best ever but I was getting used to living at about 30%. Randy also helped me with other things that no one could ever help me with..back, neck, wrist. He truly is a miracle worker. I am continuing to go back because I hope to be able to wear normal shoes when I go to my daughter's wedding in a few months.
