The salt therapy room was a cool experience and I loved that they had Bluetooth speakers inside the cubicle. I tried their whole body vibration machine today which was a wierd but cool experience. After a couple of minutes I tried a couple of the suggestive poses and became comfortable with the whole body vibration machine. Through the various treatments I've noticed my body feels better and soreness level is reduced as I tend to come here after a workout. The ladies at the front are sweet and friendly. I went with the Vitamin D3 and Vitamin C wellness injections. She shared that the Vitamin C would burn for a couple of minutes and my arm would be sore so be sure to massage the arm throughout the day. You can choose which arm(s) to have the wellness injections. I appreciated the information on what to expect for the shots. The injections were quick and the Vitamin C burning sensation went away after a couple of minutes. The soreness/tenderness takes about a day or so, however it may take less time if you remember to massage throughout the day. I like that there's a place nearby where I can get wellness injections for an affordable price. The front desk ladies and Vanessa were sweet and added to the peaceful atmosphere at the office.
