I feel obligated to share, to hopefully save someone else the experience we had. Dr. Hardy is very on organized. She doesn't respond to her emails promptly and either doesn't keep good notes or doesn't review them. For one simple medication question we had, she finally responded after more than a week. Obviously forgetting she had already responded, she replied again more than a week later and gave contradicting instructions. On one visit she asked if we needed a refill and we said no. She later ordered the refill for 14 pills from our mail order pharmacy. We had no idea until the medication arrived with a bill of $50, the same price as a three month supply. We contacted her and she again did not reply in a timely way, but when she finally did, she had a lot of excuses and nonsensical reasons why the mistake was our fault. We went back-and-forth, but she never apologized or took responsibility for her mistake. Her office staff is snooty and her prices are very high and not covered under our insurance. But we were willing to overlook the office staff and the price to find a great doctor. Unfortunately, Dr. Hardy was far from that.

I have been working with Dr. Gould since June of 2020. He has literally been my saving grace. Back…read morein 2016, I was in back to back car accidents and in 2018 I began having major cognitive challenges (struggled with basic math, spreadsheets, severe fatigue, etc.). I ended up going to the doctor where they discovered I had an autoimmune and thyroid problem, which my doctor said was the reason for the issues and challenges that I was having. The next year and half was spent trying to keep the "flare ups" at bay and I even went on the anti inflammatory diet (no gluten, no sugar, and no dairy). However, these "flare ups" were gradually getting worse and so was my cognitive function, to the point where it was severely affecting my job. I called my doctor in tears because I didn't understand why I was still having these problems and why they continued to get worse. He wanted to put me on anti depressants and anti anxiety medication, which I've never been diagnosed with having either. Shortly after, I found out that I also had Hashimoto along with my other autoimmune. The doctor had told me that I had Hashimoto my entire life and that my thyroid problem wasn't from the car accident (I initially thought all of these issues stemmed from the car accidents). That's when I began to realize that I could have potentially injured my brain in the two car accidents from 2016. By the grace of God, I discovered Dr. Gould, who confirmed that I don't have depression or anxiety, but something called post concussion syndrome. He began treating me and also putting me in touch with top doctors to get my autoimmune and thyroid back on track. He ensured that I was being treated properly for everything, not just my TBI. He helped guide me as far as what I need to do and who I need to see so that I can get the right treatment to move forward. Not only that, but Dr. Gould is the sweetest and kindest soul. He's very empathetic and understanding. He also explains things very thoroughly so that things make sense. He's extremely responsive and even called me back on a Sunday. I would highly recommend Dr. Gould and would even go as far to say that he is by far the best doctor that I have ever worked with. Because of him, I finally have my life back.

Yes it is great to be in balance and use non-pharmaceutical means to feel stable but be smart. Know yourself and observe your mood. This was not an easy decision: I am an engineer by trade and was skeptical of any "alternative" treatment. However, the limited relief I received from western medicine and the kaleidoscope of prescription medications over the years have never provided a complete, lasting solution for me. Something needed to change. Willing to try anything, I went to Doctor Banyas for an Energy Healing and did not know what to expect. It was an amazing and eye-opening experience. During my session, I felt a lightness and euphoria that I had never experienced before -- completely unclouded by medications. I have continued periodic treatment with Dr. Banyas, including Tesla light sessions. Using this treatment in addition to some traditional medication, I have achieved a level of wellness that I have never experienced before. I also appreciated being provided the option of traditional medication and natural alternative treatments - allowing me to weigh the benefits and cons of both options. I felt that my wishes were taken into consideration and my concerns were addressed before we decided on a treatment program. I would strongly urge anyone that doesn't get complete relief from depression from medication to try talking to Dr. Banyas. Traditional medicine did not have all of the answers for me, and the supplemental treatment from Dr. Banyas has made my life as good as I imagined it could be.
