We just finished another project (laminate wood floors throughout our downstairs) and this time was no different. He quickly responded to our calls/texts, was quick to start the project and was finished 3 days ahead of schedule. Carlos was the project leader for the install and he was amazing. I bought $9k worth of engineered flooring from Mitch in early 2016. It took me over a month to find just the right color and texture. My husband and i didnt live at the house at the time. I was not told to check to be sure they had ordered the correct flooring so when it arrived we had it installed. Only to find out after the install that it was completely different. Mitch didnt offer any explanation and told us that its not his issue once its been installed. Im so disgusted. The rest of my flooring needs will NOT be purchased through Mitch @ Bram Flooring BEWARE!!!!!! **** in RESPONSE to Bram Flooring Your rep NEVER contacted us! The amount you charge for install was well over the going rate. If that meant getting the flooring we ordered, then thats a high price to pay. It sounds to me that if Bram flooring doesn't get the entire job then customers are SOL. When we ordered the flooring we were never told to be sure and check it against the sample we made our choice from. It was under my understanding that paying Bram flooring that follow through would be their job. They are a business and should take their own advice on quality control and verification of product. We feel we should receive some sort of refund do to Brams mistake. read more

Highly recommend these guys! We have family that referred us to Bram. We even shopped around at other flooring stores (including Lowes and Home Depot who ended up being more expensive and a much longer wait) before pulling the trigger at Bram's. Mitch is a super nice guy- very helpful and patient with us since we were in and out of his store for almost a year trying to figure out what we wanted/liked, taking home sample flooring and waiting til the perfect time to be able to afford to re-floor our entire downstairs. Once we ordered, they were here 6 days later getting to work, and finished 1180 sqft in 3 days! The big box stores quoted us about a month before they'd even get started. The crew (Carlos and Oscar) that came to install our flooring couldn't have been better! Very respectful of us and our home, polite and meticulous. You can tell they take pride in their work and it shows! When we decide to have our stairs and upstairs redone, we'll be back! read more

In April, 2018 my elderly mother experienced extensive water damage involving both of her bathrooms and toilets and much of the carpeting in her house. We were referred to Mitch Taylor by another vendor, when our shower floor show signs of problems out of their domain. In fact there turned out to be major problems that could be traced back to our remodel done 6 years prior. Bram's team correctly identified the mistakes, and made significant corrections. They worked over a week-end (Thanksgiving week-end no less) to accomodate our schedule. The work was excellent, as was the clean up. We felt that the cost was very fair.
