He said he would come back and replace the glass in the second window if I paid more on the invoice. I did. Then he texted and said he was not coming back as he had promised.

Only 9 miles from the center of Hilltop, where I live, and 5 miles from Drexel in Bexley, they are very conveniently located. Usually, they make home visits to clean windows, pressure wash homes and roofs, clean concrete, clean decks, clean dryer vents, and repair and replace screens, among other cleaning and repair type services.
