Very easy booking process, friendly customer service, very informative, and prompt with information. We booked a few days after speaking with the rep who gave us the breakdown of their service- Ray came out and at first I was apprehensive because we have a decent size house and he didn't have any assistance. Come to find out he worked very efficiently, and have the whole house completed deep cleaned, and a couple extra touches within a few hours. Would highly recommend I was very pleased with the service read more

From our first contact with this company, I had a good feeling - quick responses, real human who was willing to hop on the phone with me to hear about my specific needs and concerns...and even a thorough (and very helpful) answer to a question I had when I was stocking our new home with cleaning supplies. (They bring their own, but I reached out in hopes of getting some professional advice and their recommendations were spot-on!). And the cleaning...OHHHHH, the cleaning. I wish we could have our team come every week. I can't say enough about how thorough, detailed, and truly caring they seem to be. The couple of times I've been home while they work, I've learned a few tips and tricks... the people who come to clean seem to honestly love what they do, and they take pride in leaving a home sparkling and welcoming. They aren't just breezing through the place and straightening it up - they really take our home to "next-level" cleanliness. Note that if there's anything you want to communicate about, they're very open to feedback. To me, all of these things are marks of a strong business, and I hope that they will continue to thrive and grow. read more

They've never let me down! Maid Simple is a professional company with whom I've never had a negative experience . I've had to reschedule a few times the morning of service and they have always been understanding and overall amazing. My house is sparkling as well thanks to Ray (who puts up with my dogs and cats while cleaning and has even let them out when I couldn't get home on time). My friend also called for an appointment at least once, and her call was also went unanswered and unreturned. The company has other good ratings, so they probably do good work, and maybe they just got overwhelmed with the Groupon volume. Still - the experience has left me with a poor impression and I won't be calling again with or without a Groupon.

We had a contractor do work on our house to repair the outside, bottom walls of our basement and they only completed 1/2 of the job. Although they finished the actual basement and outside wall work, they left our yard a total mess and never replaced the cement porch they removed to do the lower wall work. They were also going to do grading in the front yard to address puddling and never did, and they didn't do any of the landscaping they were supposed to complete. Our yard was a disaster. TCT Property not only did a wonderful job with the grading of our front yard, they also did all of the landscaping and seeding in the front and back yard, pipe work to address the puddling, and replaced the cement porch within about 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 weeks. Their price was very reasonable, and they are professional and reliable with everything they do. I would highly recommend TCT Property Enterprises to anyone looking for a contractor. They are great and are a pleasure to work with.

They've always been responsive to either emails or phone calls. The great thing is the the notifications, leading up to the cleaning. I knew when the crews were to arrive so I made sure I was there to meet them. Both crews were not only on time at the start of the arrival window, but everyone was polite. They did an amazing job cleaning both my house and apartment... no surface was missed and with both cleanings, John, one of the owners came over at the end and walked through everything making sure it was done. Also they are flexible in giving custom quotes if you don't even need a whole house cleaned on a regular basis but the ability to add on things as needed. I was worried that no one would want to do the work because we were not buying new gutters. Also, our house requires a 20 foot ladder. First we called Leaf Filter, they wanted $8k (first they said $12k hahaha) and that was NOT including new gutters. They said all we needed was their gutter guard. We got Brother Gutters off of Yelp. Best company to work with. I have never had a more polite, on time (scheduling great), and fantastic workers. They know what they are doing. The price was approximately $750.

Ray and Nate did such a fantastic job! I scheduled a Deep Clean, they showed up exactly on time and were very nice. They cleaned my entire house top to bottom incredibly fast! They even went out of their way cleaning extra things for me as well which I greatly appreciate. Our basement/toy disaster zone was completely transformed, I was not expecting the toys to be picked up and put away!
