I have worked with Lachelle and Justin now for over 5 years, and I have to say they are hands down the best marketing company we have used. My bosses decided to try others out there, and we have always returned to Brandastic because the quality of their work, and also the fact that they go above and beyond for the client shows. We tried 3 other marketing companies, and all failed. Why, they simply did not care about the client or the product. Brandastic puts a lot of time into researching your brand, and product. Terrible experience. The owner Justin and his team came off extremely professional and cordial in our first few meetings, that is until we actually began the project and put up our deposit. Over the next month, the team did absolutely nothing with the materials we provided them during the discovery process of building our website. Once we realized we had been scammed, we immediately demanded our deposit back per the agreement. Justin refused! If I had the time and energy, I would have taken him to small claims court. I cannot rave enough about Brandastic! We are a nonprofit organization, and they patiently worked with us for over a year and half as we raised the money we needed to build our website. Now that it's finished (http://www.ourwitness.com/) we couldn't be happier! It is so professional, well-designed and an all around beautiful website. We went from our home made blogs, to a professional, scalable and international platform thanks to the amazing team at Brandastic. And what we built was quite complex - a multisite blog network with multiple feeds and a social media platform for user interaction. But Brandastic's pricing was good even in comparison to the many less professional and less talented design studios we interviewed in making our decision. Everyone was incredibly patient, easy-going and kind throughout the entire process. From Jordan the designer, to Justin the President of the company, to Matt the lead developer and Becca the user design expert, they listened patiently to our literally hundreds of ideas and suggestions and delivered on every single one. Building a web platform can be a stressful process, but we were treated with nothing but respect, patience and incredible attentiveness. These guys are truly a pleasure to deal with, and they do outstanding work at a reasonable price. in an industry which is saturated with firms and developers that make claims they never live up to, Brandastic is a refreshing change in this regard. They always stick to their timelines, and they make sure they have a good understanding of what you want as a client. My only advice to those new to the field, is to be sure to know how much you are able to spend for what you want done, and keep in mind the need for changes, updates, and maintenance that you'll need down the line. Brandastic is used to working with a lot of upscale businesses that want the very best. So coming in as a startup with a small budget, it helped to let them know that for some projects I just need the basics, without the bells and whistles which i can incorporate later once we have the funding. My only gripe is that they outsource some of the work that their website made me believe they did in house (SEO being the main concern for me). They aren't cheap (i've been told that services start from $140-$160 an hour based on project), although they did give me a discount (I believe based on the volume of work, as i've used them for over 200 hours so far). And you get what you pay for (they do quality work) But as far as design and development these guys are by far the best i've come across in orange county. They are great with communication, Sandy (the point person) always returns calls within 24 hours (although usually within an hour or two if its during business hours), and Justin (Designer/Owner) and Matt (Lead Developer) have a perfect combination. Great company culture as well. Their team makes you feel like they are just as enthusiastic about the success of your business as you are. They have even helped us out over weekends, which is definitely taking the extra step. And I love the speed they are able to finish things at!
