When I asked to speak with his manager, he told me that she was occupied in the back. I later discovered that this was not true and that the person he referred to as his manager was actually another employee. The actual manager, Andrew, was not at the location. I do want to acknowledge that Memos, who appeared to be the newest employee, was doing his best to help as many customers as possible despite the situation. What concerns me most is that the tracking information I was given at this location did not match the information provided to me by another FedEx center. Given the conflicting information and the way my concerns were handled, I have serious concerns about the handling and accountability of my shipment. I strongly recommend that FedEx management investigate what happened at this location, including the conduct of the employee involved and the conflicting tracking information. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I hope FedEx takes this complaint seriously.

I needed a 8ftx6ft birthday backdrop to be done in two days. I submitted a project quote here on Yelp and I had several responses from other printing shops including RedDot Printing. I was told my backdrop couldn't be done in two days, I was told that my image's resolution was too small, and other printing shops never responded. Z from RedDot Printing responds within minutes. He told me the same thing about my backdrop's resolution being to low for a huge printout, but what set him apart was that he took the time send me an email on how fix it so that he can print it. Once I fixed the image with his advice he said, "I can get that done in two days." and he delivered! I placed the order midday on a Wednesday and it was ready for pickup by 2:00PM on Friday. Pick up was seamless. He knew exactly who I was without introducing myself, he was friendly, full of personality, and so sweet. He unrolled the backdrop to show me his work and it was PERFECT! His price was cheaper than I imagined especially since this was a last minute request. This particular Staples was my go-to when I lived in Southern California, I did not expect to stop by here again, but yet here I am, as I was in need of a refill cartridge for my ballpoint pen that a friend had given me. I wasn't quite sure which one it was so I did ask for help on the floor and within minutes someone came around to ask how they could help. I appreciate the friendliness, and the willingness to help. I found my exact cartridge for my ink pen and was super stoked to find a combo pack which dropped the price down significantly. If you're in Costa Mesa and you need any sort of office supply, you can imagine Staples would be the place to go. The store is neat and clean, well stocked, and has people there who actually enjoy what they do. Bottom line?
