As we walked through the home going over the fine details of what was needed as well as the tight timeline and budget, Jacqueline (owner of business) let us know that this was a larger job than she would be able to do to a satisfactory level. She got out her phone and started helping us find another service that could meet the requirements of the job/house. That was such amazing customer service and care. After Jacqueline arrived she quickly assessed my unit and determined that my unit did not meet the criteria for the cost for a deep cleaning service. At her suggestion, we went down to the leasing office and confirmed with the property manager that I had a better alternative as my unit did not require a "deep cleaning". I wrote this review to emphasize Jacqueline's honesty and I believe she is one of the few genuine people out there. She's also one of the nicest people I've met in my 49 years and if i were to continue to live in Salt Lake City I would want her for regular cleaning services.

I even received the email reminder about my appointment and once again waited all afternoon for them!!!! My bad to give them another opportunity to make it right. I reached out with three texts. They NEVER replied. I Highly recommend you choose a more dependable company. I think the way that we have been dealt with speaks volumes to the character and integrity of this owner and his business. They also said that it is a normal practice to cancel the appointments without giving even 30 minutes warning. Edit: During the phone call I was not offered another slot on that day (even though it was 10 am Saturday appointment), I was offered a slot on Monday which I could not take because I work on Mondays. Possibly the owners can take less appointments in general if they cannot even make it to 10 am appointments.
