If I could give them a 0 Star rating, I would. Back September of 2019, we had them come in to clean our carpets. Unfortunately, our wedding rings were missing after they completed the job. Based on police investigation, one of their workers had a theft history and was let go. The owner never took accountability. DO NOT use their services! read more

They fit me in quickly, gave me a reasonable estimate and offered a discount since we were doing carpet, tile and air vents. They showed up a few minutes late but I was still vacuuming so it was perfect. They worked fast and didn't even take a break as far as I could tell. Finished earlier than I expected which was a bonus. I plan on having them back to stretch our carpet and seal the grout. They both wore their masks the entire time (March '21 cleaning). When it comes to carpet cleaning, it's sometimes hit or miss, but these guys nailed it. My wife and I moved here from SoCal after selling our home to be closer to family. Moved in with the inlaws who had a cat that I'm allergic to and had peed and puked on the carpet in the basement along with all the dander. These guys are awesome! My dog had a major accident on our white carpet throughout a whole room in the middle of us trying to sell our house. We left them a voicemail at 9PM and they were here the next day at 10AM. Not only were they very quick to respond and move into action they cleaned to carpet very well. There is no left over stains and it smells amazing. This is the second time they have come to my house to clean the carpets and I wouldn't call anyone else. Mike came out and cleaned my carpets today. Due to some areas being difficult, he spent an additional couple of hours cleaning and trying to get the staining out. His professionalism was over the top and for the most part, the carpets look wonderful. I also had him do my tile and grout and it turned out beautifully. We've had our carpets cleaned so many times over the years by Zero Res and they never got all of our stains out. Father & Son came about 2 1/2 weeks ago and our carpets still look brand new! We had over 15 dog urine stains from when we fostered puppies and everything but one spot came up! We decided to get the carpet protectant on some rooms because we sometimes have a problem with our senior dog. She had an accident shortly after the cleaning and with just a little dab it came up with no residue! He also cleaned our two front mats for free, just because! AND he lightly went over two bedrooms. :) Incredibly pleased with his service! Fantastic job. Even left little footies for us to wear around the house while it dried. read more

I have had my carpets cleaned about every 18 months-2 years. I have always just used the groupon or whatever deal for a carpet cleaner. They have all been 'fine' but nothing I'd want to use again. I'm also so annoyed that other companies come in and then try to upsell things not on the original sale. This time, I went on yelp to find the company with the best reviews. Father & Son absolutely had the best! I called, scheduled them to come out two days later - they gave me a quote on the phone and that was the same price they gave me when they did the cleaning - no upsells! Steve/Matt were the technicians who cleaned my carpets. WOW! My carpets look NEW! (I have a large, light carpeted area with 15 year old carpet, and another area - including high traffic stairs with 7 year old carpet). I am so impressed! They were very professional and removed stains that have been on my carpet through multiple other cleanings. I appreciated that they also left me with a spot cleaner and told me how to use it. They have cleaned my carpets twice now. Both experiences have been great and so is their service. They are very reliable and great with communication. My one suggestion is that if they are going to clean around furniture, they remind the customer to cover it up or move it. Some of the chemicals from the cleaner splashed onto the wooden legs on the bottom of my brand new sofa. It completely stained the wood and I can't get it out. It is my fault for not covering it beforehand but having the technician remind me or make a suggestion to cover it would have been greatly appreciated. read more

While these guys were very responsive to our urgent need for carpet cleaning after a flood in our house, we ended up calling a different company immediately after Father & Son had finished the job. We did pay the $475 for two rooms and stairs but had to call Stanley Steamer to come complete the job as the carpets were still extremely wet for days. Not impressed read more

Not a horrible experience, not a great experience. We had our living room, stairs, hallway, master bedroom and two sofas cleaned. Price was average. My disappointment was when I moved our two sofas and realized that the carpet under them had not been cleaned. As the sofas were going to be cleaned, they were left on the carpet and everything else was removed from the carpeted areas. The next day we called and Josh returned soon after. While he agreed to clean the uncleaned areas, he did so rather grudgingly. My wife asked him why they hadn't cleaned under the sofas to which he replied that for insurance purposes they couldn't move furniture. That is understandable. However, my wife was in the office on the other side of the wall the entire time and could have easily moved the sofas had the option been given to her (the sofas are very light). Furthermore, the smaller sofa was up against a wall and had been moved twice...once away from the wall to clean it and once more after it was cleaned and put back against the wall. Overall, the services were performed but the attitude and experience leaves me not convinced that I found my future carpet cleaner. read more

Had my carpets cleaned by Father & Son carpet cleaning and the common traffic area patterns were still just as visible after as they were before. Water heater room and laundry room doors were propped open so that the ledge of carpet going under the door would get cleaned and instead the doors were just closed and not cleaned. I borrowed a family carpet cleaner a couple months after and with hardly any effort was able to remove all high traffic patterns....Im not sure what they were doing at my house that day but it definitely was not cleaning the carpets. read more
