Turns out they didn't fix anything at all and took my money, absolute scammers. Once I received my truck back, not even 10 minutes into driving, my truck almost caught on fire. My life was at great risk because they care more about getting money than helping people. I hate that I even have to rate them a 1 because I'd rather give a 0. I do not recommend going to them for a repair if you value your life and would not like to get your money taken, even after confronting them. Absolutely sick that they had the nerve to argue and refuse a refund after putting my life in such a dangerous situation. If the company is mad and disagrees with this review, suck it up thieves.

This was the most unpleasant experience we have ever had from an owner of the business. He was very unprofessional, belligerent and angry within one minute of speaking with us. He could not justify any of the labour charges on the bill as he stated he did not work on my unit. As he continued to get angrier he stated I was not welcome as a customer and to never come back to his business again. My reply was I would be back so he could warranty the work if there were any issues. I have never been treated so poorly by any business owner. I will not be recommending Wild Mountain RV to anyone I know and will let the RV repair person that did recommend them to me to stop as the whole experience was very upsetting and unpleasant.

They are the type of company that prefers to be honest over scoring big contracts and here is the proof: I have 4 trucks, and I bought a 5th from a guy who has 90 trucks. The guy I was purchasing from is always looking for good mechanics, for obvious reasons (90 trucks?) There is good reason for a mechanic to kiss a guys ass that has 90 trucks. They could basically run at least half the entire shop just for the one client. Anyways, there was a problem with the truck and they chose to inform me and the guy who was selling that it could be very costly in repairs over the next 2 years, and maybe I shouldn't purchase it. The owner was pissed off, and I believe the exact words out of his mouth were, "I don't think these guys know what they are doing." After a few days and myself convincing him of how being honest in that situation could really hurt them considered the value of his business. He calmed down and realized that the guys were just being honest. Good start with us. Will update ya'll as we go!
