I needed a plumber to fix a badly leaking outdoor spigot. After a pretty thorough search. I…read moreselected Pratt; one reason was that there was no callout fee for first time customers. Davis came out the same day and fixed it within 30 minutes. I then showed him some additional work we wanted done - the master bath tub had a leaking faucet and we also wanted shutoff valves installed on both the hot and cold lines behind the service panel. He quoted $520 for the spigot and tub work together, which I accepted. He came back two days later to perform the tub work (less than 60 minutes). I was very satisfied with the experience and expect to use Pratt again for future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.
