Then 2 hours later, when it's too late for me to get same day flowers elsewhere, they call and say they ran out of lillies and could put yet more flowers in and deliver tomorrow. What on earth! Then wasted more of my time when I said I want a refund putting me on hold. Calling a customer twice for an online order is terrible - if I wanted to talk on the phone to order flowers I would call to order them. People order online for convenience this shop can't deliver.
