Through sheer tenacity, I was able to track Klaus down to meet and discuss the project. They seemed enthusiastic, put me on the calendar, we agreed on a date, and they gave me a quote (for the wrong date). Excited to have the only vendor I cared about locked in, I planned my entire wedding around working with this videographer and his partner. They confirmed the date, I planned all the rest of my vendors, told all my guests the dates, and sent the digital invite. I spent a ton of time filling out their form and trying to be helpful by providing all the information I could think of. Then out of no where (after I planned my entire wedding around their availability) they pulled out without any reason or explanation other than they "weren't the right fit" for the creative look I was after. If that was true, why would I have offered to pay them $4000 and orchestrated an entire wedding around their availability? They didn't even call to discuss charging more or adjusting expectations. They basically just dumped me over email and then ghosted. Every other vendor I have worked with has been really responsive, helpful, and (key word here) RELIABLE. So I guess I should thank them for helping me dodge a bullet. I saddened by the shotty communication and lack of professionalism. If you want to deal with flakiness and ego with your wedding vendors, this is the videographer for you.

He will never know how what a joy he brought to our wedding during his mourning he is truly a GEM. WOW! Mark is unbelievably talented. I have had nothing but wonderful compliments on our wedding pictures and though scenery has a lot to do with that, I know so much of it is because of Mark. From our first conversation on the phone to the last email I have enjoyed every interaction. Getting pictures taken with him was exciting and if it weren't for time schedules I would have loved to take more. Everyone looks fantastic in our pictures and he captured so many unexpected moments. You would feel lucky to have him take pictures for you! He was with us for most of the day, taking pictures before the ceremony, during, and after, the end of the reception and part of our dance. He captured all the family and friend shots we needed, and we were left with plenty of time for creative, artistic, and romantic shots as well. I didn't realize how lovely they would be until I saw them, Mark really has a great eye for a beautiful shot, and we will treasure the photos. We have some slightly more traditional "wedding portrait" photos, and many creative photographs that are beautiful simply as pieces of art, above and beyond a "wedding photo." I loved that the photos do not look staged, fake, or cliché - he created lovely images that capture the beauty of our location and the excitement and romance of the wedding day. Marks patience, professionalism, skill, and artistic eye were all deeply appreciated. Everyone who has seen the wedding album loves the photos. His photography is highly recommended and I would certainly hire him again. I could not have asked for a better photographer.

My family has used Nicole's services several times and have come to think of her as our "family…read morephotographer." A couple of years ago, we managed to get 16 people from my extended family together for Christmas pictures for our mom. Mom didn't like the way she looked in a couple of hers, so Nicole met us again and did some re-takes. All the pictures turned out beautiful and each family was happy.
